Lessons learned in this step:
- This was the first time I’ve used a rattle can to apply paint. It didn’t take but about one coat to do the job, unlike the airbrush with several coats.
- The panel line accent didn’t have quite the effect I wanted, but it’s close enough.
- I was pleased with the little detail touches like the bolts painted silver or transparent blue.
This step took about 5 and half hours.
